What happens when I hit my event limit?

Each plan includes a monthly event limit. An event is counted each time Messijo processes a matching mention (a post that contains one of your tracked keywords).

When you hit your monthly limit, Messijo stops processing new mentions until the next billing cycle resets. You’ll still receive any alerts that were already queued, but no new mentions will be matched.

You can upgrade your plan at any time to raise your event limit. Upgrades take effect immediately.
