Yes. You can configure notification routing per keyword, sending each keyword's matches to the channel that makes sense. For example, competitor mentions go to a sales Slack channel while support questions go to Discord.Read more

SMS notifications are not currently available in the dashboard. Use Email, Slack, Discord, or Webhook channels instead.

Messijo delivers alerts via Email, Slack, Discord, and Webhook notification channels. SMS, RSS, and weekly digest routing are not currently available in the dashboard.

Go to the Notifications page, create a Webhook notification, add your webhook URL, and validate the endpoint. Messijo will POST matching mention data to that URL.Read more
